Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ludo Cash Arena ("the Service") is an online Ludo game at ludocasharena.com and in our Android app, operated by Eira Digital Co. Limited ("we", "us"). Company, licensing and regulatory information is available on request from [email protected], which is also the address for legal notices.

2. Who can play

• You must be 18 years or older. We may ask you to prove your age at any time and will close any account held by someone under 18.
• One account per person. Creating extra accounts, or sharing, buying or selling accounts, is not allowed.
• You must give accurate information (name, phone number, email) and keep it up to date.
• Real-money play is for players in Uganda only, in Ugandan shillings (UGX), using a Ugandan MTN or Airtel mobile-money number in your own name. Free play may be open to phone numbers from some neighbouring countries. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you are.
• You may not play if you have self-excluded from the Service, or while a time-out you chose is running.

3. Your account and security

You sign in with your phone number or email and a password, a one-time code (OTP) sent by SMS or email, a passkey, or Google where offered. Never share your password, codes or wallet PIN with anyone, including people claiming to be from us. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away through Support if you think someone else has used it. We may ask for an extra check when you sign in on a new device.

4. Free play, tokens and bonus credit

• Practice against bots, quick matches, private rooms and free tournaments do not require any payment.
• Tokens are free play points from sign-up, daily rewards, missions and free play. Tokens have no cash value: they cannot be withdrawn, sold, gifted or transferred, and they are kept completely separate from money.
• Monthly token conversion. At 23:59 EAT on the last day of each month, verified active accounts convert unused tokens into bonus credit at 1,000 tokens = UGX 1,000, up to UGX 5,000 per month. Only whole units convert; the rest stay as tokens. Suspended, unverified, self-excluded or timed-out accounts and accounts under a multi-account review are excluded.
• Bonus credit (from token conversion, the weekly comeback bonus, referrals, rewards or promotions) can be used as stakes but is not withdrawable until you have staked 3 times the bonus amount in real-money games (the wagering requirement shown in your wallet). Once met, it moves to your cash balance automatically. Bonus credit and tokens cannot be gifted. Bonus obtained through abuse, multi-accounting or collusion is forfeited.
• We may correct token or bonus balances created by a bug or by abuse.

5. Cash play, fees and payments

Deposits, paid matches, cash tournaments, House tables, gifts and withdrawals ("real-money features") are available only when they are switched on in the app and only to eligible players. We may switch any of them off at any time, for example for maintenance, a provider outage or a legal requirement. Nobody is guaranteed to win: only play with money you can afford to lose.

Fees (current)

• Deposit fee: 4 % of the amount, added on top and shown before you pay. Minimum deposit UGX 1,000.
• Withdrawal fee: 5 % of the amount, taken from the amount and shown before you confirm (you receive the amount minus the fee). Minimum withdrawal UGX 5,000.
• Platform fee (rake) on paid matches: 10 % of the pot (some entry tiers may differ). The pot is all entries; the winner receives the pot minus the fee. The entry, fee and prize are shown before you join. Cash tournaments use a published rake (currently 15 %) and a prize table shown on the tournament.
• Gift fee: 5 %, paid on top by the sender. The recipient receives the full gift.
• Auto mode: letting a fair bot play your turns in a cash match costs a one-off UGX 1,000 per match, shown before you switch it on.

Fees can change. The fee that applies is always the one shown on the confirmation screen at the time; changes never apply to a payment or match already confirmed.

Payments

• Deposits and withdrawals are in UGX through our payment processors (currently Pesapal, Flutterwave and Yo! Payments) using MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money, or a bank card where offered. We credit your balance only after the payment is confirmed with the provider. We never ask for your mobile-money PIN.
• Withdrawals go to a verified mobile-money number in your name. Some are reviewed by our team and paid by phone; we may need identity checks first. See Refunds and Withdrawals and AML and KYC.
• Prizes and House winnings are always paid to your cash balance. Stakes may come from bonus credit first, then cash.

6. House tables (Challenge the House)

At a House table you play against our House bot, always named Arena House (Bot) and labelled BOT. The dice are just as random as in any other match and the bot plays honestly at its stated difficulty.

• The payout is a published multiplier of your stake, shown before you stake: currently 1.7x at a 2-seat table (you and the bot), 2.55x at 3 seats and 3.4x at 4 seats. The multiplier = (1 - house edge) x seats in play, with a house edge of 15 % today. A win pays stake x multiplier (stake included); a loss loses the stake. There is no other fee.
• Start now: after a table has waited 60 seconds, its host may start with the seats already filled. The multiplier is then recalculated with the same formula for the seats actually in play (for example, a 4-seat table started with you and the bot pays 1.7x), and the host sees and confirms the new numbers first.
• Stake limits, a daily cap per player and an overall daily limit apply and are shown in the app.

7. Bots

Bots are always labelled. They play in free practice games, may fill empty seats in a free 4-player private room when the host chooses, and sit at House tables as the House bot. Bots never play in real-money matches between players (quick cash, cash private rooms or cash tournaments).

8. Fair play and conduct

Dice are provably fair: each match commits to its dice before the first roll and you can recompute every roll afterwards on the dice verifier. The full rules are on How to play and our Fair Play policy. Not allowed:

• cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools, scripts or modified clients;
• collusion: working with another player, sharing information, passing chips or deliberately losing;
• multi-accounting, or playing on someone else's account;
• sharing links or phone numbers in match chat, or moving players off-platform to trade;
• abusive, threatening, hateful or sexual messages, names, images or avatars;
• money laundering, fraud, bad-faith chargebacks, or using payment methods that are not yours.

We monitor for suspicious patterns. If we find a breach, we may warn you, void affected matches, remove winnings, bonus or tokens gained unfairly, suspend or close your account, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

9. Timeouts and disconnections

• Each turn has a time limit (20 seconds by default). If it runs out, a legal move is made for you automatically.
• Three timeouts in a row count as a forfeit.
• If you disconnect, your seat is held for a reconnect window (60 seconds by default). If you do not return in time, you forfeit the match.
• Forfeits caused by your own connection, device or battery are not grounds for a refund or replay.
• If a match cannot finish because of a fault on our side, we void it and return every entry fee and stake in full.

10. Gifts

Verified players can send cash (never bonus or tokens) to another player: UGX 1,000 to UGX 500,000 per gift, up to UGX 1,000,000 and 10 gifts a day. The sender pays the 5 % fee on top. Accounts must be at least 3 days old. Gifts above UGX 200,000 are held for review and either delivered or refunded in full (fee included). Gifts are not a way to buy or sell accounts, tokens or anything outside the game.

11. Chat, groups and content

You are responsible for what you post (messages, images, group posts and names). Do not post anything illegal, abusive, sexual, private about someone else, or advertising. Images are checked when reported and may be removed. We may mute, restrict or ban accounts that break these rules.

12. Responsible gaming

You can set deposit and loss limits and session reminders, take a time-out, or self-exclude in the app. A time-out or self-exclusion cannot be shortened or undone. See Responsible Gaming.

13. Complaints and disputes

Use the report button in a match or Support within 14 days. Each report gets a reference such as LR-AB12CD. How we handle complaints and how to escalate is in Complaints and Disputes.

14. Suspension and closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time through Support. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or where the law requires. Your withdrawable cash balance remains yours and is paid out after any checks required by law; bonus credit and tokens are lost when an account is closed.

15. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change features, rules versions, fees or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell you about important changes in the app before they apply.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ugandan consumer law. Otherwise, to the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by your device, network, mobile-money provider or events outside our reasonable control, and our liability for any match is limited to the stakes and fees involved.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction.
